How to Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your CNNB password you can request a password reset from the front page of your CNNB profile by clicking “forgot your password?”

Click the magnifying glass in the lower right corner of an image to enlarge it.

You will then be presented with a screen where you will input the email address you provided to CNNB, as well as being required to input a security code, and then you will click “submit”. This will email you a link to reset your password. You will then follow the instructions provided by email to log into your account.

Once you receive the email from CNNB, you will click “Reset my password” and be brought to the password reset screen. Here you will select a new password, then, confirm the same password by typing it again. Finally, you will click the “change” button.

Once reset, you will be presented once again with the front page of your CNNB profile, and you will log in using your provided email address, and newly created password and clicking “Log in”.
