Apply to the Register / Reinstatement

For Internationally Educated Nurses

This section is for nurses educated and trained in France, Hong Kong, or Belgium.

Demonstrate currency of practice

Submit a Currency of Practice Affidavit.

To demonstrate currency of practice you must have:

  • Practiced as an RN within the past 5 years; or
  • Have graduated from a registered nurse education program within the past 5 years.

Candidates who have not practiced in the past 5 years do not meet the currency requirements and will be required to complete a competency assessment through Inspire Global Assessments or complete an IEN Bridging Program.
