Nursing Education Program Notification of Change Form

Education & Support

This form must be completed by entry-level nursing education programs that have received prior program approval from the College of Nursing of New Brunswick when proposing substantive changes to the program or its curriculum. A list of substantive changes is provided on page 9 of the Standards for Nursing Education and Program Review.
