    Region 1 candidate (new- acclaimed)

Adèle LeBlanc, RN, Cap-Pelé, received her diploma from the Université de Moncton as a registered nurse in 2012. She continued her career at Villa Providence, where she started as a care attendant, advanced to student nurse and finally became a registered nurse. In 2019, she embarked on a new adventure with the Extra-Mural Program (EMP) as a travelling nurse. Just before her second maternity leave at the end of 2021, she accepted a position as a manager with the EMP, where she still works today.

“I am interested in applying to represent Region 1 as a director, following a conversation with a former colleague who is now a manager. I have always wanted to forge ahead and advance in my career without too much planning, letting things happen as fate would have it. This allows me to learn more about the evolution and needs of the nursing practice.”
