Standing Rules for Annual General Meeting
The AGM is free to all registered and non-practising members, as well as nursing students and observers. Registration is mandatory for those who wish to participate as space is limited. Simultaneous interpretation will be available.

Virtual AGM: How to submit ‘resolutions from the floor’?
To accommodate a virtual AGM, ‘resolutions from the floor’ are required in advance of the scheduled AGM (May 20, 2026) to be reviewed for approval by the Resolutions Committee.
In the event a resolution arises based on the business of the meeting (Program), it must be submitted to CNNB in writing and signed by two registered practising members on or before May 19, 2026 at 13:00hrs via email at general@cnnb-opinb.ca
Deadline to submit resolutions: April 1, 2026
Written resolutions must be received by the CNNB according to the pre-determined deadline of April 1, 2026, in order to be reviewed by the Resolutions Committee. For details on how to submit a resolution or clarification on the process, contact CNNB.
