The Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) is thrilled to celebrate its centennial in 2016. This milestone year recognizes nursing as a profession supporting continuing excellence in nursing practice standards for the delivery of care to the public and NANB’s contribution to nurses shaping nursing for healthy New Brunswickers.
100 nights for those in need
In recognition of our 100th anniversary, the Nurses Association of New Brunswick has
sponsored 100 nights for persons in need.
Join us by donating $10 to your local transition house. Imagine the impact across our province, in local communities, providing the gift of warmth and shelter this holiday season.
Together, our continued commitment to improved health status makes a difference for
all New Brunswickers. We invite nurses and health stakeholders to share their donation experiences with our Communications Department.
Local Transition Houses/ Shelters
For over 10 years, the Association has budgeted and planned as well as sought member engagement towards the development and coordination of activities and events around the province. We are pleased that the Board of Directors recently approved the Centennial plan at the October Board meeting.
To keep members apprised of all Centennial activities, a regularly updated 12 month calendar is now available:
In addition to marketing and promotional campaigns occurring throughout the year, highlighted below are ways in which you too can participate in this historic event, an event that comes along every hundred years.
