Nursing Week Activities Miramichi Region 2012:

NANB Miramichi Chapter plans for Nurses Week at Miramichi Regional Hospital:

• Table in Main Lobby with backdrop & display (NANB flag, pictures, hand-outs on history, “Nursing : You Can’t Live Without It” posters, etc)
• DVD to run all week with pictures of nurses from all disciplines.
• Nursing Week Draw-Reimbursement for the travel costs to attend the NANB Annual General Meeting on May 31^st
• Door Prizes to be drawn at the Nurses Dinner on May 9th

Regionally NBNU have made the following plans for all nurses:

• May 9^th Nurse’s Dinner at Rodd Miramichi-
  1. 6:30 Cocktails
  2. 7:30 Buffet dinner
  3. Entertainment by Connie & Paul

MiramichiRegional Hospital:

• Coupon redeemable for RN break at cafeteria (coffee, tea, etc & muffin, cookie, etc)-not confirmed but has been done for several years.
• Coupon for Coffee Break (Tim Horton) for RNs in Health Clinics, PH, MH, NBYCC, MMDC etc)

Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home:

• Daily Draws
•  Cake  for the afternoon break on Wednesday
