8th annual New Brunswick Stroke Conference
The Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick is pleased to be hosting the 8th annual New Brunswick Stroke Conference in collaboration with Horizon Health Network and Vitalité Health Network.
This exciting virtual event will bring together a leading group of stroke experts from across Canada to share their knowledge and experience in best practices in stroke care across the continuum and beyond.
Sessions will be offered in both official languages.

Patient Connect NB is a provincially managed, bilingual patient registry for New Brunswickers without access to a primary health care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner). New Brunswickers without a provider can register with Patient Connect NB and will be assigned to a provider on a first-come, first-serve basis.
